AI SEO Agents Need Expert Judgment, Not More Volume

Most AI SEO agents are fed the wrong material: tips, threads and trend posts collected from around the internet. That is second-hand advice, not experience.

What's missing is what made SEO work in the first place: strategic decisions and quality control from a specialist who has done it for years. Without that, the agent is simply fast and confident, and often wrong.

Publishing more pages doesn't fix it. Whether the goal is Google rankings, Google AI Overviews, or citations in ChatGPT and Gemini (GEO/AEO), content must be structured, useful and properly optimized, or Google treats it as noise.

We've been here before. Fifteen years ago it was content spinning. AI content at scale without expertise is the same shortcut at higher speed, and it ends the same way. Put an F1 car in an amateur's hands and it just hits the wall sooner.

Give the agent real experience instead:

  1. A decision hierarchy: what gets built and what doesn't.
  2. Content sequencing: what comes first, what follows.
  3. Hard constraints: what the agent must never do.
  4. Quality gates: what every page must pass before it goes live.

For SaaS, cybersecurity and eCommerce companies alike, AI scales the expertise you build into it. Nothing more.
